)Hardware - my Acme thingyumy doesn't work (well) under Linux.
)Software - can I run .... on it? Do alternatives really work with complex files created in current app (macros and so on)
)Can it work with ... server application (Exchange)?
)Can it run IE because our intranet only really works with IE?
)Our infrastructure is based around MS (NTLM), can Linux integrate seamlessly?
Then there is the claim that people will need retraining to use Linux. This really is a weaker point. Most users would cope as long as things are fairly logical with minimal training and that they are assured that they really can't damage things so they can "play".
